Dr. Audrey Beam is a valued veterinarian at Academy East Veterinary Hospital.
She joined our staff in the summer of 2020. She grew up in New Jersey and came to Raleigh at the age of eighteen because New Jersey doesn't have a veterinary school. Raleigh has been her home ever since.
Dr. Beam graduated from North Carolina State's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. She and her husband have 2 children, a sweet dog and a mischievous cat.
When not working, Dr. Beam enjoys being with her family, volunteering at church, walking with friends, reading, and unicycling.
